How long does it take to received my design
Our turnaround time does not exceed 24 hours. For urgent cases, we can send the designs back within 2 hours

How to sent digital file to us
We use WeTransfer. You can send cases to us via our WeTransfer link: https://addc.wetransfer.com/ Besides WeTransfer, we also support Google Drive, Dropbox, and other transfer platforms provided by scanning devices.
Please ensure that the digital file are clear and write instructions for each case.

what system our center use
We used EXOCAD and 3Shape dental system.

How to pay
We accept PayPal payments. We will issue an invoice through PayPal every half month.

Adapt is free?
Yes,case adapt are free of charge. However, if provide new scan files or change requirements, it will recharge because this requires full redesign.
